Heart Month Resources

Washington Football PhotoThis February, we are uniting for American Heart Month to help Reclaim Your Rhythm to live longer, healthier, fuller lives. Because losing even one mom, brother, friend or neighbor to cardiovascular disease is too many. Poor mental well-being is a critical problem that, if neglected, can lead to serious health complications like heart disease. Today, 1 in 3 Americans report being worried and more than half of U.S. adults say that COVID-19 has negatively impacted their mental well-being due to worry and stress.

Together we can change the statistics and help women create the healthy habits they need to have their best chance at life. Get ready to rock your RED for Heart Month and all year long! We’ve got a toolkit to get you started!

American Heart Month is a great time to think about how you can reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease. Check out the 28 Days. 28 Ways. Heart Month Activity Guide, locally presented by Kaiser Permanente, for ways to incorporate heart health into every day of the month. Try a new activity each day and make your favorites part of your regular routine.
